Ironvale launches survival crafting for up to eight. Kelmen Studios divides cooperative runs into daytime preparation, escalating night attacks, three-night…
Ironvale launched on Steam on August 23 as a survival-crafting roguelike for one to eight players. Kelmen Studios separates its loop into daylight gathering, crafting and construction before enemy swarms attack at night, making preparation time a resource shared across the entire group.
Ironvale: confirmed launch details
Existing enemies gain health and damage each night, and a new enemy type enters the world every three nights. Better gear comes from mined resources, monster materials or trade with NPC villages. Shrines award power-ups but summon stronger champions, while bosses begin appearing on the fourth night.
What the design asks from players
The day-night division makes greed easy to measure. A distant resource or shrine may accelerate progression, but returning late can leave the base unfinished. Larger groups can split exploration and construction, although more players still need a plan for equipment and boss drops rather than duplicating the same task.
Platform and release context
Ironvale supports Windows single-player and online cooperation for as many as eight people. Boss rewards can unlock powerful crafting and a route toward the Island of the Eternal Lich. Server quality and difficulty scaling should be checked in the current build before assuming eight-player groups receive an easier experience.
The feature list reflects the developer’s official Steam information published for the August 23, 2026 release. Post-launch patches can change balance, compatibility or content, so the live store page and current build remain the final references.
