Overview
Kaizensclan is an independent esports publication. This policy explains the limited information handled when you browse the site, use local reading tools or contact the editorial desk.
Operator: Kaizensclan
Information we handle
- Standard server request data such as IP address, browser identifier, requested page and timestamp.
- A one-way daily hash derived from IP address and browser identifier, used only after analytics consent, to prevent duplicate article-view counts. The raw values are not stored in article metadata.
- Saved stories, reading history and reader-size preferences stored only in your browser through localStorage.
- Your necessary cookie-consent preference, retained for up to 180 days.
- Messages you choose to send through your own email application. The contact form does not submit or store them on this website.
- Account and session information for authorised WordPress editors.
How we use information
We use limited technical information to deliver and secure the site, diagnose faults and, only when permitted, understand aggregate readership. We do not sell personal information.
Cookies and external services
Public reading-list and reading-history features use localStorage rather than a server account. WordPress may set essential login and security cookies for authorised editors.
The consent centre keeps optional analytics storage denied until a reader actively allows it. The choice can be changed at any time through Cookie settings in the footer. The separate Cookie Policy lists purposes and retention periods.
Match schedules and team logos are supplied through PandaScore. Loading a provider-hosted logo may send ordinary request data to its content-delivery network. External stream and source links are governed by the destination service.
Your choices and rights
You can change optional cookie consent through the footer, and clear saved stories, history and reading preferences through your browser storage controls. Depending on where you live, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or objection regarding information controlled by the site operator.
Contact
Privacy questions and requests can be sent to ukw00010@gmail.com. We will update the date above when this policy changes materially.
Reader accounts and comments
Discussion requires a Google-authenticated reader account. The authentication provider may supply your name, verified email address, profile image and a stable account identifier so WordPress can create and recognise your reader profile. Comments store the submitted text, account association, date, moderation state and technical information normally processed by WordPress, including IP address and browser user agent. This information is used for account security, moderation, abuse prevention and displaying the discussion. You may request deletion or export through the editorial contact address.
Contact form protection and delivery
When you use the contact form, Cloudflare Turnstile processes limited technical information to distinguish people from automated abuse. Your name, email address, subject and message are then sent to our editorial mailbox through the site’s authenticated mail service. The theme does not keep a copy of the message in the WordPress database; short-lived, pseudonymous rate-limit records and a delivery status are retained for security and diagnostics. The configured mail transport and mailbox provider may retain delivery logs under their own settings and policies.
