Snitch Switch entered Early Access on Steam on August 23 with four core party modes and customizable 3D social rooms. Talya Games expands the project’s mobile origins into a Windows space where friends can build a lobby, decorate it and move between conversation, activities and trust-testing games.
Snitch Switch: confirmed launch details
Hosts can create public or password-protected rooms that remain active while they stay connected. Furniture includes interactive objects such as a piano, arcade machine, music player and television. Players may join, leave, spectate or chat, while Kick and Twitch integration lets a creator’s audience participate.
What the design asks from players
Treating the lobby as a persistent hangout changes the rhythm of a party game. A group can move into voting, lies or difficult questions without rebuilding the session after every round. Audience integration adds more participants, but creators will need clear boundaries when viewers can influence social decisions among friends.
Platform and release context
Snitch Switch is an online Windows Early Access release. Four modes describe today’s playable core, while the social environment may expand during development. Room persistence depends on the host remaining connected, so it should not be confused with a permanently hosted private server.
The feature list reflects the developer’s official Steam information published for the August 23, 2026 release. Post-launch patches can change balance, compatibility or content, so the live store page and current build remain the final references.
