Last Fiefdom launched on Steam on August 23 as a large-scale online kingdom strategy game built around alliances and real-time sieges. Puzala Games advertises 100v100 battles in which trained armies, raised dragons and researched tactics converge on fortified territory.

Last Fiefdom: confirmed launch details

Defenders can use crossbow towers and boiling oil, while attackers deploy catapults and armored knights against walls and gates. Dragon eggs grow into battlefield units. Espionage provides another route by placing agents inside rival courts to disrupt resources before open war begins.

What the design asks from players

Sieges connect several progression systems that might otherwise feel separate. Research changes formations, fortifications buy time, spies weaken preparation and dragons create concentrated pressure. Alliance coordination should matter more than one account’s power because 100 players need shared targets rather than 100 isolated attacks.

Platform and release context

Last Fiefdom is an online Windows release with PvP and in-app purchases listed on Steam. Population, regional server conditions and live monetization materially affect the experience, so the store feature list alone cannot confirm matchmaking health or the long-term balance between paying and non-paying players.

The feature list reflects the developer’s official Steam information published for the August 23, 2026 release. Post-launch patches can change balance, compatibility or content, so the live store page and current build remain the final references.
