Bangquet serves a grenade-powered bluffing table
Bangquet serves a grenade-powered bluffing table. Lab 47’s turn-based strategy game seats two to four survivors around hidden tools, scarce bullets and one…
Bangquet launched on Steam on August 23 as a single-player bluffing game for tables of two to four wasteland survivors. Every turn begins with a sealed parcel whose contents only the drawing character can see, and one package contains the live grenade that everyone wants another person to open.
Bangquet: confirmed launch details
Hidden tools include a Scope for checking the next parcel, a Frisk for exposing an empty gun and a Sandbag that can stop the grenade. Aiming a revolver costs nothing, but proving the threat requires scarce ammunition. Targets may comply, jam the weapon or call the attacker’s bluff.
What the design asks from players
Information becomes more valuable than immediate damage. Peeking at the grenade can support a safe draw, a lie or an attempt to move danger toward a rival. Because lowering a challenged gun reveals weakness, every demand also changes how the table evaluates that survivor in later turns.
Platform and release context
Bangquet is a Windows single-player release from Lab 47; the other survivors are computer-controlled rather than online opponents. The crate receives another grenade after a death, so surviving one dangerous draw does not remove the central threat from the match.
The feature list reflects the developer’s official Steam information published for the August 23, 2026 release. Post-launch patches can change balance, compatibility or content, so the live store page and current build remain the final references.
