You are invited to join Kaizens Clan. The Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) manage the supply of services by Kaizens Clan is a digital company that works on branding, designing websites, advertising and digital marketing solutions. Employing our services shows you agree to abide by these Terms.

2. Services Kaizens offered:

The Kaizens Clan delivers a number of services, including some of the following:

• Website Development & Design.
• Animated portfolios
• SEO (Search Engine Optimization)
• Handling and managing social media marketing.
• Google Ads and Meta Ads are forms of paid ads.
• Graphic Design
• Video Editing

3. Subscription Plans and Payment Terms:

This section clarifies the details of your subscription Payment Terms:

• A minimum of 50% of the project fee is required upfront to initiate any work.
• Remaining 50% is due upon final delivery.
• All payments are non-refundable once work has commenced.

4. The Timeline of Projects & Making Modifications

• How much time a project takes depends on how big and complex it is.
• Clients may ask for 2 revisions to the project.
• More changes to the work request can be done upon request, but an extra fee will apply.

5. Client Responsibilities:

This section defines what’s expected from the client during the project to ensure smooth communication and timely progress.

• The client agrees to provide timely content, feedback, and approvals
• A late response within 5 days may result in a project pause or end the agreement.
• You are not responsible for any delays or disruptions in the service.

6. Ownership & Portfolio Rights:

This section covers who can use the final work and how it can be used by the client and Kaizens Clan.

• Upon full payment, the client owns the final deliverables.
• Kaizens Clan retains the right to showcase the work in its portfolio, marketing materials, or social media channels.

7. Confidentiality

This section explains how all shared information will be handled with complete confidentiality throughout the project.

• Every conversation, document and information shared between Kaizens Clan and the client is kept confidential.
• We do not allow anyone to use or obtain any of our client’s information

8. Termination Policy:

This section explains the conditions under which either party can end the collaboration and how billing and refunds will be handled in such cases.

• Either company may end the agreement after sending a written notice.
• Billing will be done for all works completed if the contract is terminated.
• Your project will not be refunded if progress has been made or if your order is almost done.

9. Limitation of Liability:

This section sets boundaries on what Kaizens Clan can and cannot be held responsible for during and after the project.

• Kaizens Clan is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
• We are not responsible for the performance of third-party tools, ad platforms, or plugins.
• Kaizens Clan will make every effort to deliver high-quality work but cannot guarantee specific results such as increased sales, traffic, or rankings.

10. Dispute Resolution & Jurisdiction

While we always aim for smooth collaborations, disagreements can happen. In such cases, we first try to resolve things through open and respectful communication before involving any legal process.

• A dispute is first supposed to be tackled in an amicable manner.
• All legal conflicts are under the jurisdiction of courts that have the competence in Delhi, India.

11. Modifications

Kaizens Clan may revise or update these Terms & Conditions as needed to reflect changes in policies or services. Clients will be promptly informed about any important updates to ensure transparency and continued agreement.

• The Terms & Conditions might be updated and modified by Kaizens Clan at any point.
• The client will be told immediately about major changes.
