3. Subscription Plans and Fees:

Depending on your service package:

• We have different tiers with web design, SEO, ad management, etc.
• We will bill you on a month-to-month/quarterly basis based on your service package.
• We will share your invoices electronically.
• Subscriptions will auto-renew unless we are given 7 days notice of a cancellation prior to that due date.

4. Intellectual Property:

All content and strategies created by Kaizens Clan are original. Terms include:

• Kaizens Clan holds ownership of original assets and concepts.
• Clients receive usage rights for completed and approved deliverables.
• Reproduction, resale, or unauthorized use is prohibited.

5. Disclaimers and Warranties:

We try for results, but we make no promises that we will:

• Acquire immediate SEO rankings or ad performance.
• Be held responsible for third-party delay (i.e. Facebook, Google algorithm changes).
• Have downtime or be interrupted by the hosting/servers.

6. Dispute Resolution:

In the event of a conflict, we will try the following process

• We will try to resolve all complaints and concerns directly through communication.
• If this is not successful, the situation will be handled by the local courts (based in India).
• The client may request third-party arbitration with both parties conceding.

7. Termination:

Any party may decide to terminate the agreement based on the follwoing:

• Breach of terms or unethical use of services.
• Failure to pay dues in excess of 15 days after the deadline.
• Mutual agreement to terminate the agreement early.

8. Data Privacy and Protection:

• We only collect limited data, and this limited information is generally used to communicate with you or to effectively deliver project deliverables.
• None of the data that we collect, including personal information, is sold or shared with third parties, unless we have received written consent from you to do so.
• We treat all of our clients' confidential information, media, or strategies as confidential, and will not provide that information to any third parties unless compelled by law.
• All of the communication we use to represent you is secured, and follow reasonable practices for our industry standards.

9. Entire Agreement and Amendments:

• This agreement is the full agreement between you and Kaizens Clan.
• We continue to reserve the right to revise this agreement and any changes will be made publicly available on our official website with dates of effect.
