While cricket and mainstream sports flourished, combat sports and martial arts remained on the sidelines, under-equipped and underrepresented. There were passionate fighters, hungry for glory, but lacking the tools to train with confidence. India had no homegrown brand that focused exclusively on fighting gear.

Determined to change that, Madan Kumar made a bold choice. From the modest walls of his home, in a small room filled with raw materials, borrowed tools, and an unshakable vision, Hanah Sports was born. It wasn't about business. It wasn't about profit. It was about a belief—that every fighter deserves access to affordable, high-quality gear.

The name Hanah would soon come to stand for strength, resilience, and craftsmanship.
