LoL Patch 26.15 reduces power from Naafiri, Riven and Sylas while giving Zac and Volibear targeted buffs. Riot also adjusts Mordekaiser, several items and runes, with additional balance passes for ARAM Mayhem and Arena.

The patch notes are the authoritative record for live values. Players should still confirm the version used by a tournament or regional league before applying the changes to competitive analysis.

LoL Patch 26.15 targets several solo-lane threats

Naafiri loses damage on her ultimate and packmates. Her ultimate now deals 125/200/275 damage with a 100% bonus AD ratio, down from 150/225/300 with a 120% total AD ratio in the previous listed values. Riven receives lower scaling on Blade of the Exile, while Sylas loses damage on the first strike of Chain Lash.

Riot’s official Patch 26.15 notes also shorten Volibear’s Thundering Smash cooldown. Zac gains armor growth, moving from 4.7 to 5.2, and Elastic Slingshot’s cooldown drops by one second at every rank.

Mordekaiser’s Death’s Grasp cooldown falls to 16/14/12/10/8 seconds. His Realm of Death stat steal returns from 13% to 10%, reversing an earlier increase while preserving a separate usability fix.

Items, runes and alternate modes also change

Bastionbreaker becomes cheaper at 3,000 gold and its proc receives more base damage. Terminus gains a revised Shadow passive, while Yun Tal Wildarrows receives a lower component cost and more attack speed. Jack of All Trades grants less adaptive force at both thresholds.

ARAM Mayhem now applies its systematic damage modifiers to attacks, spells, items and Augments more consistently. Arena receives a wider group of champion, item and Augment adjustments, so mode-specific builds need separate evaluation.

Patch changes can alter lane priority without changing the broader requirement to prepare objectives early. Our LoL objective setup guide covers that process, and the lane-swap cost framework helps measure what teams give up to secure a preferred matchup.
