Master Foot launches career and roguelike football modes
Master Foot launches career and roguelike football modes. Lamblety combines long-term club management with short street runs, player personalities, talents…
Master Foot launched on Steam on August 22 with two approaches to football management. Career mode handles club creation, squads, tactics, training, transfers, budgets and promotion, while Street mode turns a drafted team into a limited-life roguelike run.
Master Foot: confirmed launch features
Career players can create a club or select an existing one, adjust lineups and pursue long-term competition. Street begins with one-of-three draft choices, then adds random transfer events, tricks, relics and permanent upgrades. A defeat costs one life, and losing every life resets the run.
How the central mechanic works
Footballers carry attributes alongside personalities, styles and unlockable talents. A locker-room leader or mercenary can therefore change a squad beyond raw attack and defense values. Street mode adds deliberately questionable boosts and referee events, emphasizing combinations and improvisation over strict simulation.
Release and platform context
Master Foot is a Windows single-player release from Lamblety. The developer says easy support for custom players, teams and leagues influenced the design, but Steam Workshop is not listed among the current store features. Players should therefore verify the available editing and mod workflows in the live build.
This report reflects the developer’s official Steam information available on August 22, 2026. Store features and Early Access plans can change after publication, so the linked page and current build remain the final references.
