GTA Online Brand Wars is running through August 26, placing Sprunk and eCola on opposite sides of a community competition. Rockstar is counting themed activity across Odd Jobs, Freemode and Hotring events during the two-week promotion.

GTA Online Brand Wars: confirmed details

Players can represent either brand with the corresponding outfit and earn up to GTA$2 million through the event’s listed objectives. Logging in and participating through August 26 unlocks a free Hotring Sabre with related plate and livery rewards. Hotring races pay quadruple GTA$ and RP during the same window.

What changes for players

The useful distinction is between the shared login rewards and the competitive brand tally. A player can take the car and boosted race payouts without treating the event like a permanent faction choice. Four-times race rewards make Hotring a strong short-term activity, but the bonus ends with the published event window.

Timing and wider context

The contest began August 13 and closes August 26. Rockstar may announce the winning brand after the tally is complete, but no result existed when the source was published. Reward delivery can follow the eligibility window, so players should retain the official terms if an unlock arrives late.

The feature list and timing above reflect the developer’s announcement published on August 17, 2026. Future hotfixes can adjust balance or availability, so live values should be checked against the current client.
