Amarta: Kingdom of Shadows launched free on August 21 with a kingdom-building story based on the Indonesian Wayang tale Babad Wanamarta. Players control Bima of the Pandawa brothers, who must establish Amarta after losing their claim to Astinapura and entering a forbidden forest ruled by the Jin.

Players construct facilities, gather resources and guide citizens as the settlement grows. Bima can fight directly with his fists and Kuku Pancaka, while defenses protect the palace from raids.
