LoL 26.15 changes ARAM: Mayhem damage modifiers so they affect attacks, spells, items and Augments, alongside a broad champion-specific modifier cleanup.

League of Legends Patch 26.15 changed how damage modifiers work in ARAM: Mayhem. Mode-wide damage dealt adjustments now apply consistently to spells, basic attacks, item damage and Augment damage.

The change is easy to overlook beside Summoner’s Rift balance, yet it affects how players evaluate almost every offensive option in the mode.

One modifier now covers the complete damage package

Before the update, different damage sources could respond unevenly to a champion’s modifier. Patch 26.15 makes the rule more legible: when a champion has a damage dealt adjustment, the same direction applies across their kit, attacks, items and Augments.

That does not make every build equally effective. Range, cooldowns, target access and the random Augment draft still decide whether an idea works. It does make the expected output easier to reason about before committing gold.

Riot removes redundant champion tuning

The patch also removes or revises a number of champion-specific modifiers and adjusts several Augments. Players should check the live tooltip instead of relying on a build remembered from an earlier Mayhem run.

The update is separate from the Summoner’s Rift item work covered in our Bastionbreaker report. For players moving back to standard ranked, our dragon vision guide explains an objective setup that does not depend on Mayhem rules.

Riot lists every champion and Augment adjustment in the official Patch 26.15 notes. The safest takeaway is simple: read current modifiers before selecting an Augment that multiplies a specific damage pattern.
